BUYER BEWARE!! I have been trying to get my account balance sent to me for 6 weeks as of this writing they have decided to keep my money. This is the reason for this write. DONT USE THIS BANK, they will keep your money. The last time I contacted them I ask where are your brick and mortar banks and who own you. They said we are owned by a Chinese conglomerate and our only bank is in Provo Utah. So be careful and go someplace else.

Wish i could leave no stars. They hold authorizations10 days by policy but nobody will say so. When pressed they transfer you as if it is none of your business where your money is. Chime releases when you call they will call the hotel get a code boom your money is yours again. Run do not trust them

I wish I could give a negative 10!!! Customer service SUCKS! It sounds like they’re sitting on another planet when trying to communicate over the phone, and that’s just the static and breaking up of the service. The accents are so thick; when I could finally get a clear voice, I could barely comprehend what they were saying smh. I just wanted to inquire about a refund that has been sent back to them from a big company 4 days ago. Now, normally it’s supposed to take 3 business days for a refund to post to your account, so I called to ask why I haven’t received it yet. These people had the audacity to tell me that it will NOT be posted until the 22nd, and there’s nothing she can do about it, so I HAVE TO BE PATIENT AND WAIT!!! Unbelievable, and extremely unprofessional. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Today I received a text notifying me that a new device had been used to access my GO2bank.com account. PS (I don't have an account). Super strange. All of the info I can look up on this co. is bad. I'm not sure what's up here... but I intend to ignore the message. Good luck hope someone can get to the bottom of what's going on here.
