These people took my money for 3 month and now homeless..I get Ssi an Ssa I'm disabled..In tell go2 bank sends my money back to the federal Social security i don't get nothing..go2 bank closed by account but still took my checks from August to October 2026..So please send my checks back so I can receive my help

Trying to go online to setup my account is like pulling teeth. And, with all due respect, all the customer are 'foreign' and I cannot understand what they are telling me

Here is a good one. My account was permanently closed due suspected fraud charges no I was notified on a Friday night and my social security check was going in on Friday night Because of the the issue the check was being returned to SS and the balance sitting in my account a check will be issued 5 to 10 business days Now I have to open a new account at a legit decent bank then go to SS office with new routing and account number and pray that I get my money deposited into my account quickly. These people do not give any warning they take it upon themselves to treat people bad. I called them and I have charged them with discrimination There is no one that can give you a straight answer

I have had this bank for awhile was good to start out with. then idk was getting my check 2 days early for months. I set my bills up around that. then I started not getting paid 2 days early sometimes it was next day others it was Friday. my hr lady I talked to cuz they said it wasn't them. do when I talked to my hr lady at work she says she's been doing it same day same time every week for 25 years. then I had faud charges on my account.. I told the customer service dude not to shut my card off cuz the charges weren't on that card but it was shut off anyway. at the same time I had to get my driver's license renewed. so not only did I not to have access to my money which I just received. I was 40 miles from my house with my wife and 2 year old son with no food or water and no money I had money just couldn't access it. I called go 2 bank several times, cuz I no pnc has an actually bank you can go to ... but they have a way if you don't have your card you can to the app generate a code without your debit card and still get money out of ATM. not to mention... a was chatting with an agent and they agent said we don't honor transactions from the netherlands and guess what they ended the chat. I also was in the phone with them about year ago had to call 7 times because for some reason I kept getting hung up on cuz I guess they didn't like what I had to say. cuz I own a Saab and getting parts is not always ready since they not made anymore.

The Chat Agents, probably at least 85% of them, are absolutely unprofessional. As for the banking aspect, I haven't had many troubles, although recently they have been charging me a $15 overdraft fee within just a few hours of being a couple of dollars short in my account. My understanding is that I have 24 hours to bring my account balance back to $0 or better. I have used the chat service many times, and out of all those instances, only once did I get an agent that assisted me throughout the entire problem and courteously said goodbye and wished me a nice evening when we disconnected the chat. All other agents seemed indifferent to my problem, and in tonight's incident, on both occasions, the agent disconnected the chat in the middle of my typing. I am absolutely livid over this because there are no other ways to get through, and it is commonly known that one should not rely on the USPS snail mail service for urgent matters. Moreover, even if I opted to use it, there is no guarantee of receiving a reply or any resolution. So, as long as you maintain a sufficient balance and never incur an overdraft by any amount, and you don't need clarification from a chat agent, you should be perfectly fine. If you think that you may encounter any of those issues, I would highly recommend finding another banking service, or you will be miserable. Good luck to you!

Too long on hold waiting for a response, transferred to a manager, on hold again, talk to the manager he puts me on hold, then call disconnected, showing a pending payment for something already paid, getting feed up, ready to switch, although most of the time I usually have no problems, they send out a fraud alert if I buy from somewhere I've not bought before, and if I say yes it was me, card is still good

I am on a fixed income and unfortunately I had my government checks direct deposited into GO2 Bank because I liked getting paid early and the overdraft protection would help I thought. I ended up homeless a few months ago and had to pay deposits to stay in hotel rooms quite often. After I would check out GO2 Bank would hould hold my deposits from the hotels for almost 2 weeks. Sometimes it would be two at a time. In the meantime my bills were coming in and I had to use the overdraft to cover them. Of course they did not like that and kept suspending my overdraft which I understood. This month in a weeks time I was still waiting for a pending deposit to drop off from last month and I was able to an extra deposit. All of it was taken in fees. I was charged ten $15 fees in one week. Some were 3 in one day and I am still overdrawn and my overdraft is suspended. It was as if I never deposited any money into my account. I can no longer hsve my check go to them. I will have to find another bank because G02 Bank is so greedy and does not care about its customers.

Card was lost so i locked my card just incase. Some reason they Closed my account instead of giving a new card.. doesnt make sense... now i cant access my money.. they said 2 business days for reveiw.. ill update to see what happens.
