IM SO MAD I USED THIS BANK MAN I HAD GOT A ADVANCE ON MY TAXES AND THEY SENT IT TO GO2BANK AND GO2BANK SAYING THEY REJECTED AND SENT IT BACK ALREADY....BUT MY TAX BANK DON'T HAVE ANYTHING I FEEL LIKE THEY A SCAM IM UPSET WITH MY SITUATION THIS YEAR I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE SO DID ANYBODY EVA GET THEY MONEY BACK FRM THIS COMPANY

I love GO2bank!! I've used them for direct deposit, and still do for when I run DoorDash & Grubhub as well as use them for cash deposit(s) and I love this company. They allow me to use my overdraft protection, there customer care is slowly got better, the mobile app is wonderful and easy to use and navigate. ***GO2bank please consider eliminating the $5 minimum to cash a check, there should be a minimum of $0.01 in my opinion, I hope that happens.*** This company rocks, I honestly don't understand the bad reviews as I even have a savings account with them and take advantage of that as well and I will get the secured credit card in a couple weeks and look forward to that as well. They are awesome. Thank you for the great mobile app, and overdraft protection that has saved me when I was low on funds. :)

They blocked my account without prior notice which is illegal. I have 3600.00 dollars they say I can't transfer out. They say I can spend it in store or online. But my card is not working. Now they want to send me a check which will take 3 weeks. I have kids I need to feed. Rent to pay amd thsts all my money amd I have to wait 3 weeks. Calling channel 13 news and seeking legal advice. They blocked my account on September 11 amd said wait 2 business days. Its now the 25th... they have done nothing.

I'm happy with GO2 Bank. Been using for almost a year. No problems so far. Direct deposit hits 5 days early for me. You can lock & unlock card quickly,as needed . I recommend it to my family & friends

Wow, some other people have had some terrible experiences! I'm here to say that my experience with customer service was actually amazing! I wasn't able to receive my credit card because I'm at college and my parents are overseas, and I found another bank with almost as good of an interest rate, so I switched over a few months ago. However, I never actually closed the account. Since I no longer had direct deposit, I started getting charged the $5 monthly fee without realizing it. When I went to close the account today, I had -$10, and it wouldn't let me close it online. I called customer service and someone picked up right away. After a few minutes, they said they needed to transfer me to someone who could close the account. This was also fast. The rep at first told me I would need to get my balance up to $0 first, but when I explained I had not been using the account and didn't feel it was fair to charge fees on that, he said he would ask for it to be waived. Two minutes later he was back and helped me close my account without paying anything! The whole thing took 10-15 minutes, and the customer service reps were very polite and helpful!
