Bank won't dispute my money they told me have company refund money they are not refund my money banks needs dispute money

I had to choose a score somewhere in between. I know someone who uses this bank and he never has any problems accessing the money he puts on it. This card is alot better than some other virtual wallet visa cards. Yes, they charge a fee if you are continuously adding money. What bank doesn't. I now have my own Go2Bank card which I have yet to activate because it just came in the mail. However, in the meantime I needed to use a credit card so I purchased another card. Now I can't access my money because I keep getting a message that I ready have an account. No crap, but I need this money before I receive my permanant card. I also would like to see an automated system when activating a card or calling to check your balance. And a better, easier user experience when purchasing other Go2Bank prepaid cards.
