WORST experience ever had with a bank I would never use this Bank again do not recommend no one to use this Bank if you lose your card and you have money on the way you will have to wait two weeks before you get a card if you have bills to pay or if you have anything to pay they do not care about they customer at all do not get a bank account with this Bank you will hate it the little $200 they give is net worth

i would give this a zero if I could. They are a scam. I disputed a transaction and they swear they refunded me but it doesn't show anywhere on my statement. I have called several times and they refuse to make it make sense. Ive ask them where the transaction took place, date, time. They won't go any further other than that they gave me my money back but there is absolutely nothing on my monthly statement to verify this. Don't waste your time with these people. They are not legit!!! I'm closing my account as soon as I get my little $40.41 back. No it may not seem to be much but it was my money, and I want it back! Shame on you GO2BANK!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst bank in the universe. Customer service succs, dispute center succs, they don't listen or relate to the customer. They give advice and then freeze your account and deny deny deny... FUCC GO2 bank wit a sicc dicc

This is the WORST Prepaid card ever. I was sent a referral from a friend in SEPTEMBER. I received a direct deposit if $387 on Sept 7th. So I met the requirements to qualify for the free $50 of refer a friend program. It stated in their terms within 48hrs of meeting the requirements, I would receive the $50 deposit. I received an email on OCT 25th, that the $50 was deposited into my account. 4 days later, still no deposit and all they give me is a generic response that they are experiencing difficulties with the refer a friend d deposits. Go2bank is a joke! Now they blocked my direct deposits.

Been holding my money now for over a week. Ive called everyday just for them to tell me wait 2 more days. They should have to pay me for waiting.

Go2 bank has terrible customer service the customer service is in the Philippines and no person there can do anything to help this bank will hold pending charges that have been released by hotel for over 2 weeks and hold your money and the direct deposit is slow as well this card miss represents it self be smart and do not use Go2bank they suck.
