The worst bad I have ever had to deal with. Got a loan deposited to a G02 account, and that was in December.....still waiting for my 11,000.00 what pieces of garbage, they speak no English, and there slow or something, I hate this bank

My experience with go2bank was the worst experience ever. I am currently in the process of taking legal action to have my issues resolved

Yeah my advice is do not use this banking app because I know I loaded my money on there first the card wouldn't activate then once I got card activated they tell me that's inside got the card activated it and I opened it and account with them and now that the card that I had I couldn't buy it I couldn't pay bills online I couldn't use the ATM all I could do was make purchases in the store when I purposely got the card to pay my car insurance and their budget more on there talking to him all they do is repeat the same thing over and over and over even though you asking you no different question do not use if they do not buy their card nothing the rip offs

Someone signed up for their service using my email address. This is an email address that I have had since 1999. I contacted them and they have no intention of contacting this person and letting this person know thit's personal that she needs to change her email address. Horse, it takes a special kind of stupid to use the wrong email address but that's a whole other story. They have no system in place to protect their consumers. I would never ever ever use this bank use the spike just based on the experience that I had trying to protect somebody else's account.

I have tried to log in multiple times and I can’t. To chat with the help center you have to log in. I believe this company is a scam, they charge you a $5 monthly fee. Please do not use this bank.

Don’t bother with the “overdraft protection” it’s a joke. Can’t withdraw cash & only the purchases they deem qualifiable can it be used towards. It’s not really a great service or perk (which they DO charge fees for of course) if I have NO say in it’s usage. F&ck Go2

I think go2bank is a bunch of thieves and anyone using the go2bank card pays a monthly fee and pays Everytime to load the card but gets nothing in return on Jan 1 I had two unauthorized charges one was Uber eats which I said to send the police to the address delivered to but nothing was done. Another charge was to a zip which doesn't have a website or anything to try and contact. So I called go2 bank on the first they cancelled my card. I called a few times and was told I have to wait ten business days and I said well nobody called me two or three days like they claim to investigate the matter. On the 10th business day I find out I have to submit my Id to greendot and that nobody started the dispute and another card needs to be made and sent to me to get reimbursed. So now I'm 24 days in I've gotten my new card and nothing has been done I called the dispute specialist and they have no information on date contacting the companies or anything other than that's the investigation department that contacts the companies and yet no information on the status or any information has been noted I was told I'm on the 7 business day which is bs and that I'll get my money back in three days yet nobody contacted anyone and nobody cares cuz it's not them going thru this bs. If I was anyone thinking about using go2 bank don't this company is a joke they have no honor no morals no values they don't do anything and the service we pay for clearly isn't to value or help the consumer. In my opinion any employee of go 2 bank or greendot are lowlifes that follow or practice any diversity or professionalism at all. As far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of thieves and I want my $72.57 that they paid out with no authorization and of course why would they want to catch the fraudulent thieves like sending the law to the location that Uber eats charged me for. Instead just treat the consumer like 💩 and inconvenience the guy who pays for a service that they don't give. F U go 2(hell) bank

This is the worst prepaid card that I have ever bought. I bought the card and preloaded it with money but after activating it and putting all information in the pre loaded money will not come on it. I sent it to the store where I bought it but they will not help and when you call the toll free # you don't get any one to talk to. Very bad man !!!!
