I have a account with go2 bank and the system they have does not help you get into your account if you loose your phone or password so if you need your money in a hurry you want get it but the answer 2weeks that's the only answer they don't give you a any other faster way to receive your money so you need to think about this before you open a account I even told them I would pay a fee and still said two weeks and they give you a runaround.Dont open a account if you need your money in a hurry.

If I could give it 0 stars I would this is the worst bank on the planet barely know how to speak and understand English but wanna control Americans money. These people suck the customer service reps are horrible phone services are horrible and they try to hold your hard earn cash with no solution. Never use this bank EVER

This is the worst bank...we had our account hacked several months ago and they are refusing to send us our money that was still in the account. They keep giving us the run around and lieing to us.

I have lost my house I worked so hard for and fina lose my car go bank refuse to give me two direct deposits that totaled up to 6500 everyone playing with me on the phone hanging up and acting like they don't wanna help me giving me false emails to send my id and corporate hung up phone they are a scam sound like they sitting at home transfer phone to each other they get quiet on phone and hang up taking to long to give me what I need it's sad I pray for anyone that work hard don't steal or scam to make it and people taking

Well I filed my taxes only for the lady who did my taxes had my bank card sent to her house she activated it and stole my whole refund 6,000 and they yet have emailed me called or nothing at this point I contacted a lawyer ..they keep transferring back and forth forth and back I'm so frustrated with this company and there is nothing to do but sue

Worst banking ever I've been direct depositing pay checks for years haven't had many problems until I started banking with Go2 bank. Nothing but problems. Tried getting money from ATM on a friday wouldn't give me any amount. All weekend no way to get my money from ATM. When I finally got through to customer service They said I had gone over my monthly ATM withdraw amount. (No matter how much money is in your account you only have access to there pre determine "monthly" amount ) Even though there was plenty of money In the account. So beware these people are crooks in my opinion you will have problems if you use Go2 bank. This was just the latest issue. There have been previous. Very disappointing and expensive using go2 bank

They are The worst company I’ve ever dealt with luckily my account was only out of $99 after 20 business days of me filing my dispute I called four times in one week everyone I spoke to would give me a different date that the 20th business day of my dispute would be I even spoke with a supervisor no one would answer my questions they would keep regurgitating the useless information they already gave me so I waited until after the date that the supervisor told me would be my 20th business day from filing my dispute and called them in the customer service person was trying to tell me that the 20th business day was the following day I was quite upset I got another supervisor on the phone and still no results it only took me five minutes or less to find out that the person that stole my money or hacked my account had created a fraudulent website and was stealing peoples money I guess Walmart needs my money more than I do they can kiss myAss I recommend them to no one.

GO2BANK thinks they control my money and repeatedly refuses to honor my debit card payments despite their being more than sufficient funds in my account . They claim the company I want to pay the money to is suspected of fraud so I can't transfer any money to them to pay my bill. They refuse to provide me proof of anything and the company I want to pay is a huge international firm that sells domain names for which they are a registered and regulated entity, so I doubt what they are claiming is true.
