this is got to be a New World Order bank and get2frauld should be the name, I opened this account being a Uber river thinking it was part of GoBank Put $700 in today just to find out it's a computer bank an Hertz won't accept its visa card i tried to get money out but only got $640 the rest I gotta find out whats going on an they always put you on hold and come back with no answer

FRAUD! FRAUD!! They work with scammers to get you to buy their prepaid cards. When the transaction goes south they switch you from person to person and eventually phone goes dead! FRAUD! FRAUD!!

I can't even give go to bank a one star review it was that awful of an experience. I'd like to report them but it becomes convoluted on who to report them to. I had 3 direct deposits going into my account per month which established a 200.00 overdraft eligibility... again a nightmare. The first time I used it was a Thursday afternoon because I knew Friday between midnight and 4 a.m my D. D would go through. They give you until 9 a. m. Central Time (7 a.m. my time) until you're charged 15.00 overdraft per charge. Funnily enough my Direct Deposit showed up in my account exactly 15 minutes after the cut off time, which incidentally has never happened before or since. This is just one of the many issues I had with them. I had a refund from Amazon that actually never showed up in my account. I had a direct deposit that never showed up as a deposit. I had several questionable withdrawals from my account during the time of midnight and 5:00 a.m. from places like Amazon that I never did. My statement was constantly changing. A charge I made on the 4th wouldn't show up until the 10th. I couldn't keep track of what was going in my account and what was coming out. I had to lock my card just so phantom charges wouldn't show up. After 3 months of this I finally got another bank account changed on my direct deposits to this new one and locked that card so nothing else could happen on it. To this day I k keep getting notifications from to go2Bank that a charge from Amazon is trying to go through but the account is locked. What's funny about that is Amazon no longer has that card number it's been deleted along with any other company that I used the card on. IF YOU PLACE ANY VALUE ON YOUR HARD WORK AND YOUR MONEY AT ALL I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A REPUTABLE BANK.

If I could give zero stars I would. No one speaks English, been waiting over a month for my refund and have not received a dime. I called guy argued with me and said my case is closed. Seriously!? I'm so pissed and will be telling everyone not to use this company nothing but scams!

I had my card locked. Due 2 an amount I didn't recognize. Filed complaint. Found out my mistake called 2 have them give me take off block. Was hung up on several times. No one there speaks really good English. Was given the wrong information. X3. Total incompetence all across the board. Supervisors no different. Very dissatisfied and disappointed 😞. I don't recommend them.

Do not use them at all yes I get it's owned by green dot so anything to do with green dot stay away from I have over 5000 stolen and they laugh and thinks it's a game mind you the next cards u will be getting is indigo they change names aka NetSpend aka go2bank aka indigo they send out preactivated cards then let people access your account they are a bullcrap a$$ company that got good at stealing and just changing the terms

I don't recommend anyone using it I went to Ireland this week and I didn't know it didn't work overseas I called customer service and I was told by customer service I'm pretty much screwed and I didn't even think that they would be so heartless about it

Agree with the WORST BANK EVER! I purchased a card from my local grocery store. Card number was hijacked. I placed a request for a refund 1 day after I tried to activate the card. I purchased card on 2/11/22. The card is in my possession. When I tried to activate it had been activated by someone in a midwest state, I don't live in a midwestern state. I called 2/12 and opened a fraud claim on 2/12. I was given a case number. I submitted the REQUIRED documentation. I was told I would receive an email from the Corporate Resolution department-THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I called back after a week to get an update I was told my case was closed and that there was a check mailed out via USPS, on 2/16. I called back on 2/23. And was told the same thing as before. The customer service individual put me on hold and never returned. Before placing me on the neverending hold I was told the check should arrive 3/2 or 3/3. I called again 3/4 spoke to a very pleasant gent named Chris. He seemed concerned that I had not received my refund check and was sure it would arrive that same day or over the weekend. He confirmed my address and phone number and told me he would call me the first thing Monday (3/7) to confirm things were resolved. It is 2pm MST. Chris did not call. I contacted the Corporate Resolution department. Was speaking to a very condescending woman. I think Jen or Gem was her name. I guess I said the wrong thing because all of a sudden she was gone and I have been on hold for 35 minutes. I will tell everyone I know to not utilize this service. If someone from a supervisory position wishes to contact me. I would be very happy to give my case # so they can review it. 3/
