Worse online bank ever..my check deposit atleast 700 plus a week...they give you overdraft protection..with no cash withdrawals..not even cash app..and what takes the cake..they will suspend your overdraft protection..randomly..it's a set up ..get you in a hole..and will not help you Bail yourself out...don't waist ur time..go to chime or varo

I was just bounce around from person to person. They don't keep transaction. I made a payment to a credit card company they said there was no funds and return the payment. I made another payment yesterday and I don't see it go through. So I call got bounce around all of them repeat the same thing. I told them I know that it's not showing but the credit card company see that transaction has the last 4 digits of my card number that it's pending but, nothing happening. The charge isn't going through on go banks end. They hung up on me because I was mad and asking for a manager. Changing banks been with them for 10 years.

Once again, #go2bank has mistakenly locked my card; a CSR and I unlocked it, then the bank said they locked it again. I let them know I needed it for gas and an emergency; Lucho refused to unlock it; he put my life in danger. Still waiting for manual unlock from back office team from bank who endangers customers and won't pick up the phone. People need their debit cards.

I put $50 on my account via CASH at CVS and it went right to my account. Then I tried to purchase $30 worth of bitcoin online and was declined so I tried another company and was declined then I went to the atm to just take $40 of the $50 out so I could purchase bitcoin another way and guess what.....they declined to let me withdraw $40 even though I had $50 in the account and the atm charge was $2.95 but they would not let me get my $. Such a rip off scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can't get a hold on a customer service representative. My money is there but I can't use it because none of my cards work. DON'T GET IT. I HAVE MONEY I CAN'T USE THERE! USELESS CUSTOMER ROBOTIC SERVICE!

GO2Bank has been a complete nightmare!!!!!! I had my tax refund set up to be direct deposited into this account. I copied and pasted my account information. These people returned my refund to the IRS, so now I'm having to wait 90 days to get my refund because they messed up. So I called them and asked them to cancel my account. They refused to because I had $1.90 in my account and they said that they couldn't cancel it unless it had a $0 balance. I haven't used it at all and I set up my direct deposit to another debit card. Now they're charging me a monthly fee and they still refuse to cancel my account until I pay them $3+. I am NOT paying them another dime!!!! I told them to cancel my account before I owed them a monthly fee and they refused. I didn't care about the $1.90 on the account. So now I'm even more furious with these people!!!!! This page won't even allow me to call them something that isn't even a cuss word. GEEZ!!!!!! Just a word that explains that they are extremely dumb. They can NOT be trusted!!!!! It is May 15th and I STILL don't have my tax refund because they screwed up. I was supposed to get it in February. We moved at the end of March, so it's taking forever for us to get it. But the main reason is that GO2Bank messed up and returned my refund to the IRS instead of putting it into my account. They have NO CLUE what they are doing and they only care about screwing their customers!!!!!!!

Horrible bank !! I had an account with them for a year now. My account has always been in good standing. I tried to make a purchase of $1200 , which was declined by them for fraud , I received a text to verify it’s me , I responded yes, then proceeded to use my card again . then this bank locked my card and account ! I called spoke to corporate office they said until they can verify the “unusual activity” my card will remain locked for 3 days , and I can’t access my funds . I tried to ask them can I verify and send in anything you need same day , they said no . I had to wait 3 whole days where I don’t have accces to my own money !! I had just got paid and this is my only bank account I use and I can’t go grocery shopping for my kids , I can’t pay my bills ,etc . I will never be banking with this horrible bank again , this is how banks get sued ! If I could rate then negative 5000000 I would !
