I received my glasses in a little over two weeks which didn't seem bad. The lenses work great and I like the look of the glasses. The fit is horrible. I sent them the information they requested on a pair of glasses that fit well and what I received are tight and not long enough. I honestly don't know if I will ever be able to use them. This is precisely what my optometrist warned me about when I told him I was going to order glasses on-line to save money. Looks like this purchase is going to cost me money instead.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, I usually don't order from internet, I usually shop local, but 2 years ago I paid $600 just for my lenses of my eyeglasses, this time I decided to use glasses.com, and exceeded my expectations. Same lenses (noline bifocal lenses + ultralight weight + transition and easy cleaning + rayban frame + overnight shipping) i paid $442. And took them 3 to 4 days to verify my prescription, 4 to 5 days for manufacturing, got my glasses within 10 days. Awesome job. Keep up the good work. Thanks again. A+++++

Almost a month and still have not received my glasses. I sent a message on their site two weeks ago and NEVER GOT A REPLY. The updates they send are computer generated messages and really do not say anything. This is one of them: "Production and shipping times vary depending on your prescription and the nature of your order, as well as which shipping method you choose. Once your glasses are ready our Quality Assurance Team will test them for approximately 1-2 business days before shipping them out." This was generated when I asked how long will it take for my glasses to be delivered. Again it's been almost a month!

Ordered a pair of eyeglasses. It took forever to receive them, but I finally received them and they work well. So a week later I decided to order a pair of prescription sunglasses. Big mistake. It took them almost a week to verify my prescription, then two days later I get an email saying my order had been cancelled. So I contacted glasses.com and was told their lab was unable to make my lenses. It's a simple single-vision prescription and they were unable to make it?? Sounds like they need a new lab. Anyway, DO NOT waste your time with this outfit. Even if they 'can' make your lenses, be prepared to wait several weeks to receive your order.

Started the process over 2 weeks ago since my glasses broke and optometrists has been closed due to Covid. After uploading prescription at checkout, get an email today that they cant read the perscription and to reupload it. 2 weeks they have been sitting on my order! Prior to that, cant get onto the website to check the order since their site mentions a week delivery. I took my business elsewhere. Save the headache in dealing with these people.

I would give this company no stars if I could! I ordered a black pair of glasses and after waiting 2 weeks I contacted the company. A lady claimed the warehouse was pulling my order. The 3rd week I contact them again. They claimed they didn’t have the color I wanted. They didn’t notify me and it showed available on the website. I asked what can she do for me I was offered a refund or another pair at same value. I decided I didn’t want to deal with this company so I asked for a refund and to speak to a supervisor. Both actions would take “ 2-5 business days “. I contacted them again 6 business days later and was told they just processed my return and that it would take “ 2-5 business days and it’s already been 6 business. And the same goes for speaking with a supervisor. I do not recommend this company to anyone!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! 👎🏽

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Glasses.com. After I ordered, I read the negative reviews on this site and truly believed I made a big mistake. Well to my surprise my experience was great. Ordered my Oakleys on Sunday, April 26th. I was emailed for my prescription info on the 27th. I was emailed the 28th stating the glasses were on the way to the lab. On Friday, May 1st I was emailed that the glasses were shipped via UPS. I received my glasses today May 4th. So the entire process took 8 days with three of those days falling on the weekend. Glasses have progressive lenses. Are great good looking and work perfect. They were packaged very well with a hard and soft case and two cleaning cloths. Could not be more happy with my experience with Glasses.Com.

I emailed a erroneous question about an order I had made and rather than answer my question or clarify, they cancelled my order out of confusion. I am now unable to complete the order and was not met with any reasonable solutions from their support team. DO NOT USE
