I ordered a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. 1) It took much longer than advertised to get my order which ended up being wrong. 2) You cannot get a real person on the phone. It redirects you to a chat page which can take a half hour before somebody acknowledges you. 3) We went back and forth with my prescription with me having to explain through many emails that the information they were asking for was in fact right there. 4) Ultimately I got a pair of knock-off “Ray Bans” with no magnification whatsoever. I was told (through a very long chat) that they don’t do progressives. Even though that option was on the website. At this point, I am awaiting a return label so I can HOPEFULLY get a full refund.

I placed my order for prescription glasses on 7/19 along with all necessary eye measurements and Rx from my OD. On 7/20 I was contacted by Glasses.com stating my PD measurement was missing. I knew it was actually clearly circled at the bottom of the Rx. I explained this and they then acknowledged it was in fact on the Rx. On 7/22 I was again contacted stating they had never received my Rx. When I called to cancel my order I was informed my order was already in production. I don't have a lot of confidence in my glasses order if it ever arrives.

I found darling frames at a great price. The timeline given was five business days, which was wonderful. I happily paid for the expedited shipping because I need the glasses. It has now been two weeks, and they haven’t even started on my glasses. We shall see how the refund process goes; I expect to be out the $$. Very sad. If you can wait, this company might work for you.

First time buyer, glasses were so pretty and priced reasonably, and the prescription was perfect. However in only 1 week the arm broke off; I sent them back the very next day requesting an exchange for the exact pair. It has been 3 weeks and cannot get any assistance from "customer service". I've called four times, emailed three times and it's like they all are programmed to say "I'm forwarding your concern to returns and they will be in touch with you via email today. I was actually guaranteed on today's phone call; which as usual I did not hear from anybody. I then reach out to Chat Line onsite, and she states someone should be in touch with me in 3-4 more business days. She can't tell me where we are with the process. I asked to speak with a supervisor and/or I wanted to file a complaint....you got it....they didn't have direct access to that information for me. So I told them to just give me a refund which they say I should receive in 2-3 business days so I can only hope that goes smoothly. Very disappointed, cause I had a basket of glasses I was going to purchase, but not going to now with this lack of customer service. Good deal, if nothing breaks I guess. Good luck. I'll find another site

My first time buying glasses online. Super reasonable turn around time. I made a mistake in reporting my PD and when I recieved the glasses - I realized the issue. Despite it being my issue, they are making me another pair free of charge. I am so pleased. Thank you!

Waiting 3 weeks and no glasses yet. No one answers phoneline, email or chat. If you need glasses soon, do not trust this company.

I will NEVER buy from this company AGAIN! I ordered a pair online with transition lenses and paid a hefty penny because after I checked out, it didn't take my insurance. I emailed customer service about getting a possible adjustment with my insurance info and never got a return email. One I got my glasses, 3 weeks later, they did not have the special lenses nor the transition feature that I paid for. I basically have regular reading glasses I could buy at the dollar store for her $300. I tried to call customer service and the only feature they give you is an option to have a link sent to you to chat with someone. I chatted w/ someone who supposed sent me a return label to return my glasses for a refund and that was last week. I never received a return label. I called again today and this time they won't even send me a link to chat with someone. So basically I'm stuck with my $1 worth glasses that I paid over $300 for. I'm contacting my insurance who recommenced this company to stop doing business with them. If you plan to buy a pair of glasses through them, DON'T!!!!

I understand that there are issues with Covid that cause companies to face delays. But the way this company has responded is completely inept. A week, two weeks late, I can understand. But it's been over ONE MONTH since I placed my order and it hasn't even shipped yet!!
