whatever time frame they give you, add 2-3 weeks. My glasses have been in there quality control '2 day' inspection for over 7 days now.

I order a pair and after a month I notice some discomfort coming from my right eye. I had to wait for flex spending to be reloaded and went back to the eye doctor. It turns out the prescription they loaded was incorrect and the center iris point was off as well. I emailed them and attempted to call them within two months of ordering and no help. Since I am outside their 30 day window I will not get my money back and I can re-order with a fee. Give me a freaking break I learned my lesson once and fool my twice, no thank you.

OMG! This is the absolutely WORST online co I have ever dealt with. I ordered glasses with progressive lenses. They never bothered to reach out to me or my Dr to get measurements and just sent the glasses (over a week after ordering). When I couldn't see out of them, I took them to my eye Dr, who said the lenses were in crooked. The asked how they could possibly do progressive lenses without measuring where my eye fell in the glasses. I had no answer for them. I emailed them twice with no response. I was finally able to reach someone by chat during business hours. They sent me a RMA link to return them. I went to the link today and it doesn't work! There is some error message about it not finding an account for me (which I never set up but learned after I placed my order that there was no way to track it or view status unless they were ordered under and account, and no way to link the order to an account that was set-up later). I attempted to set-up an account three times, but it kept giving me an error that the password had to be at least 6 characters with one number and one special character - which it was, but it wouldn't take anything I tried. This company appears to be owned by Luxotica. A HUGE company. The fact that they operate like this is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and just go to your eye Dr. for glasses.

I returned my glasses almost a month ago and still have not received a refund. Even used my insurance for a portion of the transaction and they held onto those funds too, until my third attempt to contact them and although I got them to release my insurance funds, I still have not received my out of pocket. Customer service reps are rude and unprofessional, very defensive rather than empathetic and accommodating.

Was skeptical about the company initially when reading reviews. Had initially used Zenni as a low cost alternative before using prescription benefit from EyeMed. Ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. Spent far less time adjusting to this pair than the pair from Zenni.

Almost did not order due to the amount of negative review but I took a chance and glad I did. I ordered some Ray Ban frames uploaded script and did the online chat to report size between pupils. This was a Wed. It shipped Thurs and I received Friday. No issues at all, so easy and saved some money.

I had a great experience! Placed order on 10/1, order shipped 10/4, received 10/7! Process was very smooth and no issues...glasses are great!!

Bought my glasses with progressive prescription. Can't see through them, I see blurry in both. I went to my eye doctor and they told me that my prescription is correct that the problem is that the frame is too small for progressive. They should now this and still made my glasses that way. I received them back in October but I thought that it was because my eyes needed to adjust, but that never happened. That is when I went to my eye doctor thinking that it was my prescription but that is not the problem either. I know it is past the time I had to return them but knowing the frame was not made for progressive I was expecting a better answer than we can't do anything because the order was back from October. My insurance paid for most of it and now I have to either wait for October to get new ones or pay out of pocket to get new lenses somewhere else or just throw them away like they didn't cost me anything. Will never buy from them again even if I have to pay more somewhere else!!!!
