Received glasses. However, frame appears to be damaged. It's bent both directions. Lenses particularly one lense is not aligned and appears to be loose. Not sure if that's repairable. I'd rather return and get my money back. Guessing the frames were rushed and did not go through QC. This was my first order at this company and I won't be purchasing again from glasses.com.

They sent me Chinese knockoff rayban frames. I have two other pair from a local place and they feel substantial and we’re made in Brazil. The ones sent by glasses.com felt exactly like a creaky cheap par of $10 readers from Walgreens. The prescription wasn’t right either. The lenses gave me a headache after half a day. The worst part is that adding my insurance made the price go up by over $100. It’s such a massive scam that these swindlers are all owned by the Luxotica mafia. The frames maker, the lens maker, the insurance company, & glasses.com are all owned by one company. It’s infuriating. You would think for the ridiculous price they charge they could at least send me something that isn’t fake.

My glasses did not have the right prescription

I ordered transitioning glasses clear to grey. I just got my glasses last night and wear them today it was very sunny and they did not transition . I payed extra for this I been look for a number to call an I can’t find one. To see what I need to have this fixed…

The worst workmanship I have seen on a pair of prescription eye glasses ever in my 30 years of wearing them and buying em across 3 continents— feels like an apprentice was practicing and drilled the holes wrong in the glass so the rimless frame is now fixed twisted and loose and the glass wiggles ( so much play between the fit ment of lenses to frame) — also the frame is scratched up in several spots such that black paint / finish is completely gone exposing the silver metal underneath- please send replacement immediately else I ll have to post this online - I have pictures and videos with meta data to confirm that’s how they arrived (Order #22897831576070) - Current Product is unusable for me :(

Ordering went well, but wrong product received. I received another person’s order (their glasses and their prescription).

incorrect lenses were placed into mine and my daughter's sunglasses. I called about a return and their return system is conveniently down for them.

Terrible...zero support, especially during warranty claim. The glass lenses came lose after just a couple of months. Requested warranty fix, but they never came through, after taking all the information and even video showing the problem.
