Received a cracked Oakley frame. They won’t send the replacement until the receipt of the defective frame.

original purchase is from 2024 and outside the Meta warranty timeframe and replacements follow that original purchase date so this is now outside the warranty time frame.

Buyer Beware! I ordered what I thought was a light color frame and got a much darker frame. Spoke with them and they said frame color can vary.....light purple to almost a black purple, way too much variation. Photos on site should be updated to reflect this.

I actually like the frames I picked virtually and the prescription is correct but the placement of the zones for the progressives was so off they made me sick and I could not get used to them. Lens crafters was helpful in my decision to return them.

difficult to choose eyeglasses from a computer screen. Very long shipping times. Total failure to keep customer advised of shipping progress.

The lenses are not transition--they barely dim in sunlight. I pay for transition because I am sensitive to light. The lenses are supposed to be ultrathin--they are thicker than any pair I have ordered from this company, and they are very heavy, which causes headaches. I am not happy with them at all.
