I ordered glasses and uploaded my prescription on their site. However, there is no where on my confirmation or any paperwork with my glasses that were delivered that confirm what prescription was used and if the add ons I purchased were included. They preferred sending me a return label than actually confirming the details of my glasses.

Absolute joke. Placed an order and the next day I get an email that they didn’t get my prescription..even though I attached it when placing my order. So I send it again. I get an email back saying they have my prescription but need the pupillary distance. Fine. But then the day after getting the email saying they have my prescription, I get another email saying they don’t have it. That’s when I cancelled my order. They cancelled, no questions asked. That just shows me they have no intentions of getting better.

This website is full of glitches that doesn't make u feel confident in ur purchase ..cant reset forgotten password ...system was saying it was waiting on my prescription that was already uploaded and accepted ...just awful

This is by far the worst website to buy glasses. This website makes you enter your vision insurance 3 times before even trying to purchase the glasses. It's clearly a glitch they never fixed. I sent them a picture of my prescription card for the glasses. They wouldn't take it because they need a paper prescription with a doctor's signature. When trying to pay for the glasses i entered my credit card info and it kept saying "no valid payment data." Do not use this website if you're looking to buy prescription glasses online. They suck.

spent 30 min just trying to set up an account. they said my email was in use ... YES by me! The password reset would not work and the only resolve the online chat could offer was for me to use another email... after i made a purchase with the other email. I canceled the order and will go back to eyebuydirect.com

Took a long time to finally ship my order...the shipping is also very slow. Got excited once I got my new Oakleys but immediately discovered they only had one nose pad. Get your glasses somewhere more reliable. Terrible company.

Ordering glasses from glasses.com is an utter nightmare. They couldn't open my prescription from my initial order, so they cancelled the entire order. So had to place a second order. Somehow that didn't go through either, despite me and my insurance being charged again for the order. now dealing with them a 3rd time and it has taken so far over an hour to deal with. And now....as I write this, I have been disconnected from their chat due to inactivity.....BUT I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO RESPOND!! If it wasn't for my insurance and they are the only ones who have the glasses I finally picked....I'd run as fast as I could from this sloppy company. UPDATE: Now they respond with "We’re sorry to hear of your recent experience and we’d be happy to look into it for you.".....THREE YEARS LATER!!?? Tells you a lot about them. And you guys have my name.....you should therefore have all my contact info in your system if you really wanted to make it right. You're now asking me to do more work because of your crappy service....and only 3 years later??
