Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! Though they handle top of the line frames (merchandise is good quality), the BIG issue is there is no customer service. So, if you OK with taking the chance that multiple hand-offs in their process will come out right - go for it! One pair was handled fine, was a good lead in so I tried a second (sunglasses, Ray Ban). The glasses were returned with no bifocals - which were in the script and requested in the order. Have you ever tried to connect with their "customer service"? What a joke, one might ask...what customer service?! By the time I was able to reach someone, 4 months later, we confirmed the order, confirmed the script had bifocals, we confirmed this particular Ray Ban frame could build with bifocal lenses. Now we agree there was a problem. Customer service cannot handle problems, this must be elevated to higher level. I was given a "Question Reference #" and told that I would be contacted with a few days. That was in April '21. Since then I have been on hold multiple times for eternity. Most recent I was advise when I reached the recorded message... "Your position in the queue is 1. Your estimated wait time is approximately one minute". 30 minutes later the message was the same. glasses.com is a crap shoot, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Proceed at your own risk. I participated because on health insurance only uses this crippled company.
