Their website says they will review your prescription in a day or 2 and then it could take up to 10 days to manufacture your glasses after they verify your prescription. Well it took them 4 days to verify my prescription and they were supposed to ship using 1 to 2 business day shipping. According to their customer service the manufacturing time is 8 to 10 "business" days and my glasses shipped using the slowest means possible, which is 7 days. If you need glasses in less than 3 weeks look elsewhere.

Some sort of “front company”. I will never shop with glasses.com. Took them forever to verify my prescription. I ended up cancelling my order and going to Warby Parker. What a joke.

Ordered glasses using my prescription, they verified it. I received the glasses and they were never right. I couldn't go into the doctors office due to covid and a few months later did. They checked the glasses and said the prescription was wrong. Glass.com tried to say I entered it wrong, they sent me a copy of what was entered, it was the right prescription. Would do NOTHING to correct the lens they incorrectly made. Don't use them.

Ordered some black Oakleys. They shipped blue. They would not process a return. I called them. "No, you ordered blue." Later on, I checked the order. No, ordered black. "Sorry,... no. We will not do a return." I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Placed an order on 10-17-21 with no update, so used the chat to check the status on 10-28-21 was told the processing time and that my order should ship within the next week. On 11-3-21 I received a cancellation email. When I inquired about why my order was canceled I was informed there were questions about my prescription and I was not responsive to attempts to contact me for the needed information. The problem is that NO attempt was made to contact me at all. I should have checked reviews before placing an order. I highly do NOT recommend using glasses.com. If I could give negative stars I would. Instead of trying to use an online vendor, I will go back to using a local vendor, that I know will be reliable.

Placed my first order on October 16th for a pair of Rayban Wayfarer glasses. I received an email confirmation that the order was placed. I didn’t receive anything after that, so I reached out to the company through chat. I was told the order had shipped on Oct 22 but did not have tracking information and if I did not receive the Order by Oct 30 that I need to contact them again to have a replacement or refund issued. Now I asked how is it that the order can ship but there isn’t a tracking number. No one had an answer. Well, here it is Nov 2nd, I reached out to the company again, I asked for a refund. Now all of a sudden, a tracking number has been provided, mind you I didn’t get one when the order shipped but now that I don’t have the package there is a magic tracking number. So, I track the order and USPS disposed of the package. Now why would they dispose a pair of glasses. The package wasn’t even attempted to be delivered. I requested a refund and will never recommend or order from this company. I will say they are a scam because who ships orders and can’t provide a tracking number. But be on the lookout for your order, I can’t track spirits and ghosts. Do not order from this company. And customer service can’t even tell you anything about your order other than it shipped. What do I do with “it shipped” and has no tracking information? I don’t even think they shipped glasses; I think they sent something else in order to make the post office dispose of it. I’ve never not received an order from USPS. One star is giving them way too much praise.

I have been fighting with this company for months now trying to get a refund. I had transposed a number on my prescription and tried to get it changed the same day, but they stayed that I would have to pay again for a different lens. I asked to cancel and they will only give me back half my money because they made the glasses after I tried to cancel. So frustrating and I feel ripped off.

All the reviews about how bad this company is very true! So buyer beware!! I wish I had read all the reviews here before I placed my order. Here’s my story…. Placing order was a breeze. After a week, I received my prescription glasses. But the problem started when within a week, my lens popped out from the frame. I never dropped it or was rough with it. It just simply came off the frame. I tried fixed it but to no avail and then the nightmare started when I tried to contact customer service. I tried it twice and just as all the other reviewers said, they took forever to reply my concerns and pretty much not helping at all. But somehow, after an hour trying to talk with them, I was able to convince them to give me rma number to do returns. I mailed in my glasses back today and praying that I will receive my money back or if not, I will try to claim fraudulent charge against them with my credit card. I will get my replacement glasses somewhere else and blacklist this company glasses.com forever. Hope you read these reviews and won’t deal with this company. Good luck!!
