Poor communication and service. Ordered from glasses.com as my insurance had them listed as a recommended provider. The whole experience was poor and shoddy. I had ordered Burberry frames and I was a bit skeptical of the quality after I received them after weeks of waiting. I contacted Burberry to confirm their authenticity and was told that these are fake. Didn’t get any help from glasses.com

Lies and nothing else. Orders never come .

I ordered glasses on 11/30/2021, then received an email on the 1st saying my prescription had been verified. On 12/10/21 I contacted customer service through the chat link and was told my order was schedule to finish tomorrow and I’d receive an shipment email. l waited 2 business days and contacted them again and was told the glasses were still “in process” and might have failed QC or was damaged. They said it was scheduled to ship on the 16th and I was offered a 20% refund or a 30% discount on a future order, I declined both and asked for a refund or if they would give me expedited shipping instead, chat person told me no the order couldn’t be altered but I could return them when I received them. I asked to have a supervisor speak with me. They asked for my phone number which I gave and an actual person named Melissa called me and said the reason they were behind was the lenses were back ordered but have been received and I would be given 1 day shipping and apologized. Well todays the 20th, I received my “your order has shipped” email on Friday the 17th. Just checked tracking and it says my order will arrive on 12/24/2021! I spent 35 years in retail in positions from salesman to division manager for large corporations and I have never experienced anything like this. They give false information, excuses and bold face lies! This corporation owns so many different eyewear companies in so many different names so be sure to look at who owns the company before you use them and stay away from all forms of Luxottica!!!

CROOKS! Seriously this company is 100% a scam. My insurance suggested I order from glasses dot com. After a month of waiting, I was assigned a tracking number that said it was delivered to another state. Then when I contacted horrible chat support (very rude), I was given another tracking number that pulled up NO INFORMATION on the usps site but the service rep said he could see more information on his end. When I asked for an email copy of that info, or any other method of proving the tracking info exists he said no. I asked for a supervisor and the chat was disconnected. If you’ve ever had experience with a con artist or internet scammer, this is the EXACT behavior. It’s been over 4 weeks since they took my money and I have no glasses and a fake tracking number with no other info. UPDATE 1/3/22 I had to chat 3 more times with horrible agents to get one of them to tell me the glasses must have been lost in the mail. (Total BS). When I asked for a refund they said I would have to speak with a manager but would not give me a phone number or email address. All the rep would say is “they will contact you in 3-5 days.” That was the last straw - I disputed the charges with my credit card company as fraudulent in order to get my money back. During the dispute glasses dot com lied and claimed the glasses were NEVER MADE and have been back ordered since the day I ordered them to undermine my dispute and buy more time. I had to call and email my credit card company with screen shots of my chats with agents where they said it had shipped. Thank god I took screen shots of all my chats with these liars. This company will stoop as low as they can to screw you. Report this company to BBB and consumer protection bureau. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I would leave zero stars if possible. This site used to be amazing, but has gone completely and utterly downhill. There is no possible way to speak with the non-existent customer service. Their phone number is a recorded message which sends you a chat link if you need to speak with someone, and that link works maybe 2 out of 5 times. It usually says that the link is not secure, and it won't allow you to connect. When you do get connected, you speak to someone who has no idea how to help you. And they are not nice about it- complete jerks if I'm being honest. If it's about your RX, they inform you that they can't speak with that department, and there is no way to have you chat with them either. You are at the mercy of emails, which take 5-7 days for a response. My glasses came to me with the incorrect prescription, even after they delayed my order by 5 days in order to obtain an actual copy of the script from my doctor. Returning them was a joke. I was told to return my pair and they would correct my lenses, only to be emailed 3 days later and told that my frames were out of stock and they couldn't help me... even though I had just returned the frames to them. I requested to have a manager call me- 2 weeks and still waiting on that. Please save your time and money and run far far away from this company.

Do not order from this company! I mistakenly ordered from them thinking it was GlassesUSAcom. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received the glasses so I called. They don’t let you speak to anyone they insist you go through a live chat. No big deal, I do so. The representative Cindy C. was so rude, she didn’t help me at all, she just kept pasting their shipping policy on the page saying it takes 5-10 days. Then she tells me it shipped 2 weeks ago. I was trying to determine if they were lost in the mail but she literally said I just told you BUSINESS DAYS and disconnected the call. I was like, what the hell just happened. I was super friendly but she was rude from the start. Take my advice, do not order from this company $500 later and I have no glasses!

save yourself and bypass this company. the customer service has been completely terrible. one of them accusing me of putting my address in a completely different state after finding out my tracking number (that i never got but had to ask for) was delivered a week ago somewhere not even close to my state. then after i talk to a supervisor he informs me they are more than likely out of stock of what i wanted but will refund me if that’s the case. i didn’t order something to go through all this and just end up with a refund. this company is not trustworthy and nothing is done in a timely manner.

I received my glasses in a timely manner. My prescription was correct. The price was fantastic. I would use this company again.
