Make sure you received what you paid for!
Ordered a pair of prescription glasses with Oakley Authentic lenses, was sent a pair that were not authentic (no etched Oakley logo was one clue, the work order also showed no evidence of the upgrade). After a bit of back and forth, finally was able to return them for a replacement. Received the second pair, also NOT Oakley Authentics. At this point, only two explanations; they are incompetent, or they think I am ignorant. Neither one is acceptable. Only reason I am not giving one star is because I haven't lost any money in this ordeal, just a waste of three weeks. Update 8/22: Funny how they will reply within the comments with an email address to respond to as if they care, but won’t respond back (eight days later and counting). It’s now been over five weeks with no glasses or money, and they received my second return over two weeks ago. Downgraded from two stars to one since at this point I'm not sure I am actually going to get my money back. Which is a little ironic since my vision plan and glasses.com are owned by the same corporation.
