Went to purchase glasses, without my insurance, the total was $332, which includes glasses.com charging for their lens brand, the generic lens. Once I added my insurance, which gives me the frames free with a $15 copay and my lenses are completely covered, except for the transitional part, the cost went up to $345.00. I contacted customer service and they said, they are just offering a 40% discount, which does me no good since my coverage is way better than 40% off. Additionally, the price they charge for the features doubled once you add insurance. In-store, I have never seen prices double once insurance is added. It sounds like they are ripping people off.

Unfortunately, I had a problem with my prescription but glasses.com handled everything to help with the return. I highly recommend.

Ordering on line was very easy. I was able to do a virtual try on and the actual glasses did not disappoint. The options for the lenses were awesome. My insurance applied and I got a wonderful pair of glasses.

Everything was great! Would prefer to get order number and email as soon as I my the order!!

Frustrating attempt to correct a shipping address error after the order was placed through glasses.com. Could not be fixed just 2 hours after the order was placed. UPS to the rescue. Otherwise a good experience and nice glasses.

Glasses.com sent me a notification that my glasses shipped on 6/27/23 and I have yet to receive them. I paid for express shipping. The first representative told me they would arrive June 30 or July 1. When that didn't happen, I contacted them again. This time, a representative claimed my order was lost. I asked how long it would be to replace them and was told up to 7 business days. I requested them to rush the order and got no response. In order to make this right, the company would AT LEAST refund my shipping charges and ideally offer a full refund or a complimentary pair of glasses

This is the best experience I have had with shopping onine for glasses and I have tried a couple of websites. They look exactly like they appear in the virtual try-on but better. It is burberry so they were a little more expensive but the plastic is nice and thick, and sturdy. In the event that you cannot get to an eye doctor for a checkup in time the nicer brands like these last for years and are great back-ups if you lose your new prescription. These glasses give the look of being "academic" and sophisticated in a less pretentious way as tortoise shell can do. The shape is also meant to contour or enhance your nose and eyes so they are a little unique in that way but it worked perfectly.
