Never received my order. Customer service is atrocious. No way of talking to customer service you are sent to chat line which is a bot.i am going to contact my credit card company to get refund

I had a good experience with choosing and purchasing my new glasses with the help of my insurance on the website.

At the moment they are Holding money for returned glasses for 3 weeks already. Ofcourse I'm afraid already to buy from them again.

I ordered these frames in tortoise color. The first time I ordered them they were tortoise color on the inside and part of the ear pieces but the frame around the front of the lenses was a solid very dark brown/ black. I returned the first pair of glasses and was told that they would send out the correct color frames as per the photo on the web site. I received the second pair of glasses today and the glasses were the exact same as the first pair of glasses. I am very disappointed that the color is not tortoise on the front of the frame as shown in the picture online. I do like the shape and the prescription was perfect. I'm still deciding whether to keep these because Glasses.com said they could not do another exchange, they would have to do a refund. I am finding it difficult to buy glasses this way because some of the frames I am interested in are not able to be tried on virtually.

The glasses say that the are pink, but this is not the case. Beige with not even a hint of pink.

I gave glasses.com 4 stars mainly because they refunded me for glasses that were stolen off my porch, and I recognize not a lot of businesses would do that. I will say their customer service is hit or miss, I’ve had better luck talking over live chat versus email. They have a good glasses selection but it’s hard to fully know the size of the glasses you’re getting - I had to return a pair because they were huge on me compared to the pictures and the try on via webcam. I also received those glasses in 2 days, which was the fastest I’ve ever received glasses when ordering online. Just my experience, but I do greatly appreciate their refund of my stolen package - relieved immense stress.

I placed my order for prescription glasses 10 days ago and received confirmation. Two days later, I get an email telling me my glasses will be delayed by 1-2 days. I have been waiting on an update and haven't gotten one, so I reached out to customer service via chat. Maria tells me that my order is actually delayed by 2 weeks because the frames are out of stock. I tell her, there was no mention of that on the website or I would have gone with another frame. She just continues to repeat herself. "I apologize for the delay, but restock takes 2 weeks". Why are the emails I am receiving not saying the same thing? Why was there no note on the website telling me they are out of stock? My expectations would have been a lot different if the information being provided was consistent and accurate. I am very disappointed.
