The glasses were returned because they were supposed to be polarized and they were not. I returned them and they were supposed to be redone. Someone dropped the ball and the replacement was never started. Supposedly they finally started them and I have been trying to get an update. I still haven’t heard anything. It’s been over 2 weeks since I returned the original order.

My glasses feel like the right lense is going to fall out when cleaning them and the right arm is loose. I took them in to get tightened and they said they couldn’t do anything and it must be the way they are. I told glasses.com and they told me to take them in like I did and cancelled my replacement. Stuck now with glasses that feel like they are going to break. Not happy.

I will never order off here again. Selection is good, but my lenses were wrong and my band was not on the boxes when delivered to the LensCrafters store, so no one knew to contact me. I had to insist they were there based on the ups tracking number. Also think it’s garbage that I have to sign in to leave a review that you sent to my email.

Great prices, large selection of frames & lens options, and very fast turnaround. My glasses arrived quickly; the prescription was spot on.

Order delayed many times. Still don’t have it. Won’t be ordering anymore glasses from glasses.com again

When I contacted you all to return my sunglasses because they were not right, I got a refund but the sunglasses were not re-made. I had to contact you all and start all over. Luckily the agent that helped me was quick and even found a better price. Glad it all worked out.
