I ordered these new pair of glasses and i had two different PD numbers and this company put different PD numbers not being the ones i provided for them on my prescription even though i tried to correct them various times so now i can’t really see through these glasses and to top it off i got charged twice for these glasses. now Im going to have to wait and save up money to get new glasses!

Horrible experience, I paid for the uv blue light blocking filter for my glasses and they did not come with it. Second time that this happened to me. I emailed the customer service several times and have yet to receive a response.

Good choices for a good price… would have given 5 stars but my prescription sunglasses that came today, arrived already cockeyed and uneven.

Made the order process easy. Accepted my insurance. Offered a wide variety at decent prices.

I was not happy with the thickness of my glasses and tried to reach out multiple times with no response. Within one week my glasses had a huge scratch on them even though I was incredibly careful with them and paid extra for scratch resistant lenses. Have yet to hear back from anyone for help.

I made the mistake of getting my first glasses at the vision store after seeing a doctor there. The sales associate was real seedy and not upfront with prices. I couldn’t believe when I saw the invoice, and the glasses were almost $800. I paid approximately $355, and my insurance paid the rest. They make you sign a release from their responsibility if you ask for a prescription. NEVER AGAIN!
