Great experience all the way around. The glasses are so much prettier in person and the quality is great. Shipping was fast and the savings ordering online saved me a couple hundred dollars.

Glasses were too large so I ended up returning them. UPS confirmed the return was delivered and glasses.com customer service confirmed they were received but they have yet to refund my money. Horrible experience! All of the reps have a different story and they refuse to escalate to a supervisor. At this point I’m going to have to file a claim with my bank.

This was the easiest online experience I have had purchasing glasses. I could not be happier. Glasses arrived several days earlier than expected delivery date and fit perfectly. Will definitely buy here the next time.

This order was the first one I placed on line and it was great. I received my glasses faster than I would if I ordered my glasses in person. I followed the instructions for measuring the papillary distance which were pretty easy, and it helped because I haven’t had to get my glasses adjusted at all.
