Glasses have not been delivered yet

My glasses had "lens prescripton" numbers embedded in the lenses. I have never seen or heard of this. I know that this is nothing specific to the brand that I choose because I already own a pair. This experience has been very bad to be blunt. I opted to get my glasses online because I felt that going into the store was slow and cumbersome. I have sent the glasses back for a refund, but now will have to go into the store to get a new pair. Hopefully someone reads this and does something about it.

Ordered on February 14th and were delivered by February 20th! THANK YOU GLASSES.COM! Not only was the processing / shipping / delivery fast, the glasses themselves are exactly what I wanted. I could not be more pleased. Especially considering I ordered a different pair from a competitor on January 18th and I still don't have those. I would highly recommend GLASSES.COM. I will be a customer for life.

I love the looks of my glasses, but i did not get my darkening or my blue light protection.

The glasses didn’t fit and were returned a month ago. I sent them back and emailed numerous times regarding the new pair I would like in exchange. I finally got someone on the phone today and think the replacement put in the system. Hopefully the new pair will work.. I just think things should of been handled more expediently considering my money has been paid for a month. I will try again.

Everything about the purchase process has been quite slow. Order processing, shipping, replies to emails. I requested a return the day the glasses were delivered. It took two days to receive a shipping label. Still waiting to hear if the glasses have been received and waiting for my insurance to be restored so I can order another pair. Not a bad experience, just a very slow one. We live in the Amazon age where delivery is fast and returns are simple. Even on a 10 dollar product.

While many aspects of the product met expectations, the quality of the lenses fell short. Shortly after use, I noticed stubborn, water drop-like stains that refused to budge, which I suspect is due to the UV coating. In hindsight, opting for regular, simpler lenses might have been wiser.

I love the frames, but both lenses had deep scratches when I received the glasses. I feel like I had already gone through enough trouble for WEEKS due to the insurance issue glasses.com was having where I wasn’t able to apply my insurance. To finally be able to order, pay hundreds, and then receive scratched lenses really upset me.
