3 pair and still trash
Ordered 1st pair. Came with a cracked frame. Customer service was nice. However that was after they told me I’d have to wait 10 days for my insurance to release the claim on my prescription. I said screw it and against my better judgement, got a 2nd replacement pair ordered. Got that pair, they came scratched right out of the box. Called again and got a 3rd replacement pair ordered. Got that pair and it supposedly had all the bells and whistles (scratch resistant coating) due to it the issues with the first 2 pairs. Now, I’ve worn glasses for 30 years. NEVER had a pair that scratched as easily as these. Almost never had scratches going through a traditional eye doctor. A couple months in, I’ve got more scratches than I can count. These glasses are not worth the price. Pay more and go through your local eye doctor. UPDATE - Through this review I was asked to provide my contact number from/to Glasses.com to discuss. I provided that 3/25 and it is now 4/3 with no response. Seems that request was only cosmetic in response to this review.
