The ability to cover my glasses for free cleanings. Ordering my frames turned out to be better than going in person as of late.

Excellent experience. I had to return a pair of glasses that did not look good on me, and had awful peripheral vision. I started a return, ordered a different pair at 11 PM Tuesday night, and had the new glasses in hand at noon Friday. I was upgraded to overnight shipping at no extra cost, and the production team went above and beyond to get my glasses shipped ASAP. I recommend glasses.com to all my glasses wearing family and friends.

I did not know what to expect ordering a pair of prescription sunglasses on line but was very well pleased. Arrived earlier than I expected and in well packed container.

This is the second time I’ve purchased glasses and they were perfect both times. Thanks

I really just don’t like how this pair looks on me. Not your fault but I just hate wearing them. AND transitions is a waste of money. They can never be used as sunglasses. They simply don’t get dark enough.

This was a new prescription that my glasses were supposedly made to but they are not functional. I have switched back to my old glasses since I can read so much better. Also , the new glasses slip down all the time. These frames just aren’t good. Not glasses.com’s fault, just a poor design.
