First of all they entered my prescription information incorrectly, they had the script on hand. They charged me over $200 and then sent me an email telling me that all I had to do was pay an extra $13 (by following a link) and it would be all straightened out. However, that link brought me to a page where they wanted me to pay for the full order again without any credit due. I tried calling their customer service line and it was a complete joke. It was nothing but an automated system. I called 5 times and couldn't get a live agent on the phone. I emailed them, no response. I ended up sending my order number to them 12 times in their "chat" option, which again isn't manned by an actual person. It was all AI. I just kept typing cancel my order, at least 8 times, before a chat representative came on the line. She ended the chat before telling me if my order was cancelled or not. I checked the website and it says my order has been cancelled and they will return my money to me within 7-10 BUSINESS days. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you ever need customer service, you are in trouble.

Good quality lenzes and name brand frames, easy to use my insurance benefits. Only wish the website would save the information when you look at different frame options. It was annoying to have to start over each time.

This was the best decision I ever made. This was my first time ever using a service like this to get my eyeglasses. I really appreciate how easy and seamless this was. I thank you for having this service available for everyone.
