The selection was amazing. It made choosing a pair of frames for my sunglasses difficult. The price was great, shipping time was perfect. I can't wait until I can justify another pair.

While their products have always been accurate, professional and good quality, their shipping partner is awful. Placed order for nonprescription sunglasses on 2/26, took until 3/6 to ship. Being told that standard shipping from GA to FL is 15 days, even standard mail is faster, plus no way to track progress of parcel.

The purchasing experience was great. However, when using the glasses I have noticed that the prescription seems off and the glare from traffic at night is so bad they are unusable. I question the quality and integrity of their description that these are in fact anti-reflective lenses. I am not happy with their customer service and stating that the glasses need to be damaged for them to fix lens quality issues.
