A very satisfied customer
This company was overwhelmed by us migrating Pet Best customers and claims can take a bit of time to settle. Even so, some claims were settled extremely promptly and overall all my recent claims were approved in a very fair manner. Moreover, I had several conversations with agents on the phone and every person was extremely courteous, sympathetic and helpful.

Purchase ofie pet insurance through my…
Purchase ofie pet insurance through my bank. I then took my pet lucky to the vet for annual checkup and vaccination. I then submitted my claim online and was refunded a huge portion of my out of pocket expenses in 2 weeks. It was easy and stressful free. I uploaded all his records on file for faster review .

Odie Review
We transferred to Odie from Manypets when Manypets closed back in October 2025. I think with the huge addition of the Manypets clients, Odie had a huge project to sort through all the new client information so I know that was a big process which caused claims to be slower then. In the past few months, our dog was diagnosed with Cancer and Odie has been very responsive for every claim very timely. They provide updates if something is taking longer and it you reach out to a customer service rep they are quick to help solve your issues. This process has been so difficult for us but it's great to know that Odie has been there. It's one less thing to worry about. Thanks!

Company's mission is to deny legitimate claims.
Feel like the company's sole mission is to deny every legitimate claim. They ask stupid questions that are self evident and ask for redundant documentation. Odie pet insurance is not worth the money and aggravation.

Customer Service is lacking
I would not recommend Odie if you think you will need to interact with Customer Service. I discovered Odie had recorded my dog's age incorrectly so I sent an email with supporting documentation showing what it should be. I got "junk" emails in response (eg AI generated that were boilerplate) then after at least 8 attempts, finally got a real person. However, he recorded the correction incorrectly (a year too old). I got Odie to agree that was wrong (resent all my documentation) but after 8 or so more emails, could not get anyone to fix it although they claimed they would. This is not rocket science. If they can't do this, how do they handle a claim? I cancelled my policy and went with another company.

Also a customer that had many pets…
Also a customer that had many pets which was bought out by odie. Horrible customer service and I can't seem to get reimbursement for my claims. Do not recommend this company to anyone. And now I'm "stuck" with this horrible company due to my dogs preexisting conditions.
