The customer service reps are patient, helpful, and great at their jobs! However, ManyPets did not successfully transfer my account to Odie, despite my account remaining in good standing for 3 years prior to the transfer. When my baby girl became sick, the last thing I needed was the added stress of having to advocate for myself over a mistake that ManyPets/Odie made. I was already dealing with the stress and fear of her having a life-threatening illness, and then I had to call and find out that my account had NOT been transferred after receiving SEVERAL emails stating that “you don’t have to do anything regarding the transfer.” That was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially during an already difficult situation. My claim has not been reviewed yet, so I will update this review once it has been processed to let others know whether Odie ultimately pays the claim as promised.
