Jofer is AMAZING!
Jofer is AMAZING, I have no laptop, I am 81 and he got permission to enter my claims. This means the world to me as I wouldn't be able to file my claim. THANK YOU JOFER!!!

Having Ina answer the phone made my…
Having Ina answer the phone made my day. She was so pleasant and so helpful. I am a senior citizen and not very good with the computer, but Ina helped me so much and comforted me since I was so upset about my dog, Gia being so sick. Thank you Odie Pet for having such a valuable employee.

Very happy now.
After complaining and leaving a bad review they are reimbursing me for my dogs surgery. I got the vet involved and everything is working out. So I am changing my review. Thank you Odie for re-evaluating my dogs claim.
