Very friendly, fast and efficient

I decided to use Getlabs because I have a medical condition that prevents me from driving, so it was convenient for me to use there services.The phlebotomist was nice, arrived early, and withdrew 5 vials of my blood to drop off at Quest Diagnostics. I later on received a text that my samples got delivered to Quest. A week later, I logged on to Quest and it said" no pending results" under my profile. So then, I reached out to Getlabs through email and they replied by telling me the exact location of where my samples was dropped off at. However, it still was showing" no pending results" under my Quest profile. So I then called a representative at Quest,and they told me they have no results for me, nothing is showing for me in there system. I then reached out to Getabs through email again about the issue (because they have no direct number you can call.) And they told me they will investgate and get back with me in 3 days. 3 days passed, and I didn't hear anything,so I had to reach back out to them through email again. And again,they tried to say we'll get back with you in three business days. Then finally, someone responded to me through email and said, it appears that one or more of your results were not processed successfully, and I was also offered a $99 refund.They told me 5 to 10 business days and it's been 11 days, and I haven't got my money yet. I reached back out to them today about my refund ,and they told me to contact my bank about it. Based off the experience I had with this company,I will never use this service again, nor will I recommended it anyone I know. They said they dropped off my blood samples, but Quest said they don't have it.I really don't think this company understands that to lose someone's blood like that, is very serious,because blood contains DNA and other biological identify information that can reveal a person's personal health data, and if that information falls into the wrong hands,it can lead to unauthorized access,identify theft and/or fraud. Which is a serious breach in trust, and medical confidentiality. *** update *** I just wanted to give an update, 30 days later, they did find my blood work.My results was uploaded to the Quest Diagnostics website.

UPDATE: Received a phone call from Getlabs at 11:30am today. Apologetic, says they had to send a phlebotomist who would be gentle with elderly parent who has difficulty with blood draws. Therefore that’s why they moved appt. Since I don’t feel comfortable with this service, i cancelled the appt on Wednesday. They promise to refund my credit card the $99 fee in 3-7 days. ———————— Booked an appointment online with Getlabs 7/28/24 for 7/29/24 12-2pm. I received text & email confirmations 7/28/24. Today, Day of appointment, at 7am received a text that my appointment was RESCHEDULED BY Getlabs to 2 days later, same time. No way to speak to aomeone-only a contact us form with text or email response promised within 90mins-2hours. NO RESPONSE as of 10:30am. Tried to send message on their Instagram account - but THIS ACCOUNT DOESN’T ACCEPT MESSAGES. I paid $99 for a service they promised & confirmed. I will have to take my elderly, immobile Mom to a local lab MYSELF & tell credit card company not to pay them.

Loved it! Techniian was very nice, on time and blood work only took minutes. I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends.

Get labs is so convenient, and all the technicians that have come to do my lab work have been on time, very professional, and very nice. I have used them many times and will continue to book my appointments with them.
