My phlebotomist Lauryn was amazing! The whole experience was seamless.

Prompt, skilled, painless phlebotomist Juanita did a wonderful job!

Two times in a row the technician did not arrive within the designated time window, both times creating significant issues for me because I had meetings I needed to then reschedule. Communication from the technician was late, so it was impossible to plan for a time within the two hour window, much less reschedule something if it was going to run over. Considering the value proposition of this business, timeliness and reliability are key elements of their service, and in my experience, they cannot deliver on them. When I engaged with customer service about it, the experience was also not useful.

Getlabs recommendation. It's there as needed, reasonably priced for personal services of this nature, technically qualified personnel, and efficient. To me, as a scientist who owns their own BSL 1 Laboratory it's a win-win as a handicapped person no longer able to just run over to a lab for a test.

Dasiah was an absolutely amazing specialist. Not only was she punctual and competent, she was very understanding. From the moment she came into my house, I felt more at ease about getting this bloodwork done. I have needle anxiety and she really put my fears to rest. After the rushed and impersonal experiences I've had at the lab, this was amazing. Thank you! As a company? I am impressed with the communication I received. They kept me in the loop at all times. we experience pay $99 and they were scheduled through LabCorp website four weeks later still checking contact LabCorp they had no labs contacted jet labs who took it along with my $99 and they said contact quest quest does not have the contact jet labs back and they have to do an investigation four weeks later they let me know that they can’t find them and I should ask for my refund the way it was 14 vials of blood and I’m very ill waiting. All I get was a $99 refund but my time wasted a day and a half along with the four weeks of suffering, waiting for labs nothing for that.

Ms. Carmen, our lab technician, was incredibly kind and comforting during her visit. Not only that, but she was also on time and explained all parts of the test thoroughly. Great staff like Ms. Carmen is what keeps our family coming back to Getlabs as our lab of choice.

Truly a great experience, and really convenient to have the ability to come to the house! The phlebotomist was very professional, and supportive. She introduced herself and got right to work with my mother definitely reassuring her. A quick stick, and she was done!
