This is the second time I have problems with GetLabs where my blood work either does not get to Quest or the tests do not get done as doctors request, after having to pay $ 99.00 each time and your money does not get returned…They also do not bring everything they need too, where you end up having to go to the Laboratory any ways…Not worth it…Also, there is no one you can talk to for answers and when you send an email they DO NOT RESPOND…JUST GOT BACK FROM QUEST, THEY DO NOT HAVE MY RESULTS AND NOW MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG TUBES for Stool Testing, Quest threw it in the garbage and NOW I HAVE TO Start all over again….DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME PLEASE…I made the mistake of using them TWICE and both times they have FAILED…I DEMAND A FULL REFUND…WISH ME LUCK, Cause for what I have read THEY STAY WITH YOUR MONEY…BTW to answer your comment I AM NOT ASKING FOR THE RESULTS, ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW WAS THAT THEY WERE THERE…If you understand anything about MyQuest Portal you would know that it will say it is PENDING, would acknowledge Received and THIS IS NOT THE CASE..

Wonderful service that was rendered. On time. I was called before they came. The service was done in the convenience of my home. The blood draw happened without any ill effect. Friendly staff

Representative of getlabs came to my home to do a blood draw ( I’m so sorry that I can’t recall her name) She was prompt, professional, personable and caring. Best of all very proficient at her job and didn’t hurt me at all!

Phlebotomist was great and really polite

The phlebotomist that came to my house was very polite, well groomed, and very professional. As a nurse practitioner who use to be a Phlebotomist I prided myself on all these things. In addition Kierah asked me if I had any preferences and she explained everything she was going to do. She also has great communication skills. She called in the morning to tell me she was o the way . And she came exactly the time she said she wood. I was very impressed by Kierah's professionalism. I really glad I chose this lab.

I have used Getlabs serval times now and ever since I used them, now they are my go to every time they are available. You can’t beat the convenience of them coming to your residence. I have always had very professional nurses who were on time and very efficient at their job. Great service!
