My technician arrived ready with the tubes needed for my tests that were ordered. She had a “tool kit” full all the necessary supplies. She was within the time window and sent a message to alert me that she was on her way about 15 mins in advance. I work very early but she arrived in time for me to get to work on time. She was very friendly and professional, organized and well prepared. All of this and super convenient!

I technician arrived absolutely on time and follow the directions for parking and entering the property. He also notified me in advance of his arrival so I had time to prepare. Bryan was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience not only speedy, but enjoyable. He verified my identity for safety and HIPPA prior to the lab draw and left without a trace. I would absolutely recommend GetLabs and Bryan in the future.

Absolutely great experience! it can be difficult transporting seniors to and from appointments. Especially when they have mobility issues. This was a great convenience for my 82-year-old mom and myself as a caregiver. Lillian was awesome. She was very patient and successful at getting the labs done for my mom. She was thorough and kind, a great way to start our morning! One less task done and in the convenience of our home. Thank you!

My experience with Getlabs was fantastic. Julie came right to my home & im used to getting poked up to 5 times since I have moving veins & she got it right away. She was very pleasant & was done in a few minutes! I recommend Getlabs!

On 06/29/2024, I scheduled Getlabs for an appointment at 6am to have routine labs drawn, I'm prone to fainting when I get my blood drawn and I was excited this may be my future answer for lab work, in the comfort of my own home and convenience of scheduling. The process was difficult as usual, she was unable to draw blood from one arm and had to go to the other, problem all my life, hence the fainting. The procedure was successful and she was on her way. On 07/05/24, after numerous attempts and almost a week later trying to obtain my results via the Labcorp portal which they indicated would be ready after 2/3 days, that was unsuccessful, so I contacted GetLabs via text inquiring as to the status of my results. On 07/08/24, I received a response indicating they were unable to locate my results and I could request a refund ($100) or reschedule (which I was not going to do since I don’t trust them anymore) so, I decided to reschedule with a Labcorp location nearby along with requesting a refund of my $100 with GetLabs. NOT Happy! So today (7/12/24) I received an email from GetLabs saying I’m not eligible for a refund since they were able to find my results after all which I still can not locate on the Labcorp portal. So, due to their incompetent and irresponsible staff why am I still paying $100 and they will not refund my money?? This company is a complete scam. SO BE AWARE! You have no idea how inconvenient this was for me and the lack of free time I have. Believe me, I will make sure to report this company to the (BBB) Better Business Bureau as well as tell my horrible experience on every social media platform available. Very unsatisfied customer!
