Did not follow procedure. Seemed like they wanted to head back though they didn't give a heads up and I had already opened for them then they went back to their vehicle choosing to initiate the call to verify id at that time instead of just asking me. They also pricked hard to draw blood which was more painful. Generally a worse experience than I have had before.

They continually move appointments around. I’ve had to find alternate labs the last two times I tried using them. No human support available — their phone number is just a message saying to email them. Previously they showed up with expired supplies and then never completed the appointment. They charge high prices and have no ability to deliver. They used to be good but seems to have just become a very low quality provider. It’s sad bc the actual phlebotomists are great. The company just cannot keep their own appointments.

Came 1 hour past the 2 hour window I'd been given with no explanation or warning or guidence prior to them coming. At no time during the window or afterwards was I given correct info about when or whether they'd be coming. Nor was there any opportunity to request such information. All they have is a long questionaire on their website to request someone to let me know if anyone would ever come. In desperation, I completed their form and what did I get? An automated "no response" email saying there was a delay and they'd be there by a certain time -- but that time had already long passed by the time I got the email! Finally, they come. THEY ARE GREAT. the guy taking blood was phenomenal. After the test, the evil people who designed their support process find another way to treat me in a dehumanizing confusing time-suck way. Apparently one of the tests came back incomplete. It wasn't too important, not something I'd have blood drawn for again. So I get a cryptic bot-created text message that instructs me to "contact them to let them know how I want them to contact me about my results." WTF? So I have no idea what they want but I JUMP THROUGH MORE HOOPS FOR THIS COMPANY. Again! I fill in a lengthy form with all my information. There's a space where it asks what the reason is for my contacting them! I say I don't know why! Then, for the very first time, an actual human being sends me an email with an actual human-written explanation: they offer "free" tests to get the one result that was missing before. I say no. So they sent me a text, made me go to their website and input all my data so that they could send me an email to offer me something I didn't want. In summary... it's an incredible useful and valuable service but... if there's even the slightest problem, you quickly find yourself in a kafkaesque, dehumanizing, badly communicated, badly designed support process with no access to a person and no way to call that left me feeling like I was of ZERO importance to this company. I'm using an alias to write this.

I will give it two stars for the phlebotomist that came, she was great. I will also factor in the convenience. But, if you have a time constraint and need the labs quicker DONT go through them, go through your doctor and make the drive if you can. The timeline is way longer than normal.

Nurse did not do all of the labs requested on the lab slip...I really need this test done ASAP!!! Now I have to wait 48-72 hours for an investigation ...still haven't heard a thing back!

Getlabs appears to be a great option at first. They come to your home and collect a blood specimen. However, they charge a hefty fee, upwards of $99. Customer beware. That fee is only for the tech to show up. It does not include them actually drawing labs. I used this service, and the lab technician was not able to successfully draw the blood sample after several sticks. She was pleasant, but I was paying for a service. She stated she needed to cancel the appointment because it was an unsuccessful attempt. I understand that. However, when I contacted customer service requesting a refund of the charge, they stated because the tech showed up, the visit was complete and they could not issue a refund. So be aware, the fee is not actually for a blood draw. If you need the labs to be completed, I would go with another company before paying the hefty fee.

Really wanted this to work. Fasted overnight and through an 8-10am window, only to get a no-call-no-show. After complaining, I got a call 15 minutes later saying it would be "over an hour" before they could get to me, citing traffic and rain. Honestly, that seems hard to believe, maybe there is not enough coverage in my region, but that's not acceptable either. The only thing that worked right is the refund, which was prompt, hence 2 stars.

I had blood drawn on 2/10/25. It supposedly was taken to LabCorp. The results are no where to be found. LabCorp says they never received blood work for me. Now I have to go and do them all over again. I thought I was doing myself a favor so I didn’t have to go out in all the ice and snow. I need an explanation please. I paid the $99 for this service.
