Communication was very slow or non-existent. I will not be using this service again. I called my doctor and they said the tests were not performed. 10 vials of blood were taken, but none of the labs were successful. They tried to trick me into scheduling a second pick up date when they should have handled the specimen collection on the first pickup/delivery date. I talked to Jen and Janelle, but neither were helpful with resolving this issue. I would have been better off just going to the labs instead of scheduling through getlabs. They really made a mess of things and there’s no resolution or response after they take your blood.
