I'm disabled and is difficult to go to appointments like lab work where the waiting can be long and where walking long distances through parking lots is difficult for me, in home blood draw is very convenient and quick, wish insurance covered the cost but what you going to do lol

I have used them many times, and they are fantastic. However I must post now that they lost my blood - it has been 15 days now, and I asked for a refund yesterday, and they said no. I am disabled, and they are normally *amazing*, so i will keep trying. It seems unfortunate that their customer service department is not as amazing as the wonderful people they send to take blood. Sandra is my favorite but they are all A+ phlebotomists. but yeah i am out $99 and cant get badly needed meds because my doc has no TSH free T4 baseline

Easy to make appt. She was on time. Was very professional. Found my vein right away. All around great experience.

She was nice, professional and knowledgeable. I rarely give a perfect score because someone said to me "No one's perfect. There's always room for improvement". I had absolutely no issues with this young lady! A very pleasant person.

I generally love this service, but the first time I used it—the Hyattsville MD location—they didn’t process according to my doctor’s orders, wouldn’t return the many detailed messages I left nor reimburse me the $99 for the mobile visit even though I had to get the labs done all over again elsewhere. Since then, it’s been good though. I wish someone would contact me about that first big mistake they made and make it right.

Loved coming to the house but I never received the test results!!!!

The blood draw was excellent! However, my draw was on Friday 6/20 @ approx 9am and needed for a zoom appt this am 6/24 at 9am. Did not have test results this morning. The Mayo Clinic called asking for the missing results. Does it really take 5 days (3 full working days) to get blood results? I am on a cancer trial through Mayo if I cannot get my blood work back in a timely manner I’ll have to use another company to perform the draw.

A very convenient service with excellent techs. My only issue is the high price. I'm disabled and on a fixed income which makes the cost a bit prohibitive.
