I loved receiving a notification when I could expect my specialist in 30 minutes and she was right on time. My specialist was friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable with a nearly painless jab. She also communicated excellently about what I should expect next.

I had been putting off my blood work for about a year and a half. After doing some research, I discovered the option to have blood drawn at home. I have a severe fear of needles, but from the moment she arrived (at 5 AM!), she provided coping techniques and constant encouragement that helped me get through something I typically dread.
