I want to share my experience with Getlabs, which went from a frustrating start to a fantastic resolution. Initially, my appointment was canceled by the tech, but Miguel, the field supervisor, went above and beyond to make it right. He called me personally and made sure my needs were addressed. The next morning, Shawny, the technician, arrived, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring. This was my first blood draw (I’m 17, and maybe had some when I was little), and I was nervous, to say the least. Shawny was amazing, walking me through everything and helping me stay calm. She even went out of her way to use a butterfly needle to make me more comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’ve heard a lot of negative reviews on Google and Yelp, but I don’t agree at all. On Trustpilot, Getlabs gets the 5+ star rating they truly deserve. I will definitely be using them for my monthly bloodwork as I start Accutane. Worth every penny! Big thanks to Miguel, Shawny, Emily, and Brittany for making everything right!

The Getlabs at-home blood draw is such a gift! The $99 cost is very reasonable, and saved me a 90 mile roundtrip drive to Boerne; text messages kept me informed of the timing; and Ramiro, the phlebotomist who arrived right on time, did an excellent job. I’ll be signing up again in three months for another draw, and will highly recommend the Getlabs service to any and all!

The woman (Tiera) who drew my blood got it drawn in one try. Others have taken multiple attemprs. She was in and out. Loved it!

Verneeda is great. She can draw blood when no one else can do it. I would love to have her every time.

I appreciate this service thru my medical team thru my insurance It's convenient to have health care in ur home I feel blessed to have gotten a team where I can get my blood drawl in my home with such a kind caring person who listened to me before starting honestly I didn't even feel it I'm feeling blessed with my medical team and there support they've shown me and the progress I'm sure in time I'll feel. This service was easy to schedule, they communicated all of the appointment details very well and gave me a heads up right before their arrival, and the tech was wonderful to work with!
