This was the third time I had used Getlabs to get my blood drawn at home. It went just as well as the other times - highly successful! The phlebotomist arrived on time. She was very friendly and pleasant. But she was also very professional. I have a hard time getting blood drawn because of my small and deep set veins. But my phlebotomist had no trouble finding a vein and getting the blood drawn in one try. The same thing has happened on my previous two visits, even though this type of success is highly unusual in my experience. I am so grateful to have professionals who knew what they were doing and who were able to do it so skillfully. I would certainly recommend Getlabs to anybody who needs testing done in their home.

I absolutely thought this was a great service until I discovered that they put my wrong DOB (which was corrected during the blood draw) and they didn’t tell me they kept it wrong. I had to reach out to ask why it was taking so long to get my results. They then finally told me but not until I reached out and now they say I have to redo the labwork. I am literally a sick person that not only makes it harder to get out to do the bloodwork at a location but obviously I paid the fees because it was urgent for me to know my results. Moreover, I asked to schedule ASAP and they didn’t respond. So disappointing. I am hoping this will get a better/quicker response.

My client was rescheduled 4 times on the 5th time they canceled his appointment and refunded his money. This is unacceptable because his treatment has been delayed for their inability to maintain staff. We have used them for multiple occasions in the past. I’m frustrated because my name is mud because of the way he was taken care of.

The nurse did such an amazing and swift job! She was really good at what she did I barely felt it! I would want her again!
