So far my experience with this company is not good. I was charged immediately for the water fountain, and then rec'd a second charge for filters I did not order. I have yet to receive the product and it has been 11 business days, 15 days since placing the order, and the product was only shipped today (15 days later) The product comes from China, which was not disclosed at the time of ordering. This company should be more transparent if it stands behind its product. 8/5/26 I responded immediately to Selene Pets but have not heard anything from them. 8/12/26 The package arrived damaged. It was shrink wrapped in a thin plastic cover and the box was crushed in several places. The 7L stainless steel receptacle has dents on the bottom, but it does sit without too much wobbling. I did try to reach out to Selene Pets again, but still no reply. I would avoid this product and look for alternatives. It's not worth the wait, the unauthorized charges for filters, and the risk of damaged goods.

Ordered a water fountain on July 11th. It is now August 5th with no response to numerous emails asking for an update. Think I may have gotten scammed. Be aware.

Watching my baby get used to drinking a new way. At first my chihuahua, Georgie, only wanted to play with her fountain but now she drinks good clean water and during this hot Texas summer she does cool her little paws in the moving water. She is happy and so am I!
Response from Get SeleneAug 6, 2026
Hi Elizabeth, Georgie sounds absolutely adorable! 🐾 We love hearing how she went from treating her fountain like a new toy to happily enjoying her fresh water. And those little paws cooling off in the moving water during a hot Texas summer? Too cute! We're so glad Georgie is happy with her fountain and that you are too. Thank you for sharing such a sweet glimpse into your experience with Selene. We truly appreciate your support and hope Georgie continues enjoying her fountain all summer long! -The Selene Team

I am so pleased with both the quality and information shared by this company. I know many people were interested and ordering due to the sale of the product so the shipping was not immediate as expected. The email updates were so welcomed.
