I ordered Selene’s 7L water bowl on the condition that the automatic monthly water-filter charge be removed. I never received confirmation that this was done, yet my credit card was charged $129.98. I have since sent 3–4 emails requesting a refund and have received no response whatsoever. Because Selene has failed to address my requests, I have had to dispute the $129.98 charge with my credit card company. Very disappointing customer service and communication. I would strongly caution buyers to be careful with Selene’s automatic subscription charges.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their customer service and return process. I have reached out multiple times trying to return a pet fountain that did not work for me, and instead of simply providing return instructions, I was sent troubleshooting tips that I did not ask for. I responded clearly stating that I did not want to troubleshoot the product and wanted to return it, and I have now received no response. Meanwhile, I received a notification that my filter subscription was about to renew, despite the fact that I have been actively trying to return the fountain and cancel everything associated with it. At this point, I have had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic return and refund instructions. A return should not require this much effort or multiple unanswered emails. I am now having to consider disputing the charge with my credit card company simply because I cannot get the company to properly process my return. The product not working out for my dog would not have caused me to leave a negative review. The way the return and customer service experience has been handled absolutely has. I would be very cautious purchasing from this company if having a reliable return process and responsive customer service is important to you.

Absolutely awful. Took weeks to be delivered and doesn’t operate properly. Update: customer service has only responded once the review was posted and now stopped answering.

I really like the fountain, and now my dog drinks more water and I feel good about the fact that it is filtered and always available. It took her a little bit (like a day) to get used to it coming on when she walked up to it, but now it is just fine.

Love it and so do my babies. It took a minute for them to get used to it but I put it next to their food bowl and they got the hint. I also have a water bowl outside for them. I eventually wasn’t another Selene bowl to replace it. Excellent because I have well water and the device helps filter any sediment out.

Took a little bit for our 7 year-old mini schnauzer Max to use it, but now he drinks without hesitation! I like the ease in cleaning and the sound of the fountain!
