Thank you so much, Colin! We’re really happy to hear that your dog is drinking more water with the Selene fountain and that you’re finding it easy to clean! 🐶❤️ A little buildup can happen over time from things like saliva and water residue, so regular cleaning is definitely helpful. We appreciate you sharing that detail, too, as it can be useful for other pet parents. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing Selene! -The Selene Team

Thank you for sharing this, Bryan! We’re glad Dolly eventually decided to give her Selene fountain a chance and is now drinking well from it. 🐶❤️ It sounds like those jerky treats did the trick! We’re sorry, though, that the bowl arrived with two small dents. That’s certainly not how we want your fountain to arrive. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the dents. Our support team will be happy to take a look and help you with this. Thank you again for giving Selene a try and for bringing this to our attention. -The Selene Team
