It was an easy install for me and the dogs took to it immediately! No hesitation and no adjustment for them. I think they were interested in the fountain part!

0 customer service
0 customer service. Advertising machine for a drop ship scam. Pumps broke less then 60 days in. Lied about the money back guarantee. Lied about the 5 year warranty. Most of the facebook/on-site reviews are paid for or fake/AI. Great concept, sh*t delivery.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Never received the dog bowl that we purchased two months ago. They have your credit card number and continues to charge you for the bowl filters monthly! This company is a scam!

Poor/No Communication, again
This is the 2nd review of Get Selene aka Selene Pets - water fountain for dogs. I decided to take them up on their offer to keep the fountain and get 1/2 of the $ back. Now they have quit communicating AGAIN. I asked for the 1/2 of the fountain cost as wall as small amount of $ back where they double-charged me for 1 item and I'm back where I started with them: DEAD AIR. They are not responding.

Hi Ginger, we’re really sorry that you’ve had to follow up with us again, especially after already reaching out and accepting the 50% refund that was offered to you. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to feel like you’re back to waiting without any communication. We’re also sorry that the additional charge you mentioned has not yet been addressed. You deserve a clear response regarding both the refund and the duplicate charge. We’re currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries than usual, and we’re sorry that this has resulted in a delay in getting back to you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reference this Trustpilot review so our team can locate your case and review both matters with you. We sincerely apologize for the continued frustration, Ginger. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address this properly. -The Selene Team

This is now my second attempt here to…
This is now my second attempt here to get someone to follow up with me. I read your response and I sent the emails you asked I also re sent emails and messages I have been doing this for a week now trying to get a response. You said you would send a replacement bc of the fire hazard and the cord burning up on the filter for no reason… I sent the pics did the emails did the contact the team messages… and I thought after the response here things would finally get fixed. Still no one has responded to the emails you told me to send. I sent my address. Sent everything. My dogs are still without their bowl. This is becoming very upsetting and it is making me question how much longer I will remain a loyal customer. If you wish for that not to happen I would appreciate information on when my replacement will arrive? You guys guarantee and you say you’re there 24/7 and someone will contact us bc it’s important to you but actions speak louder than words! Someone needs to get in contact with me and email me back and let me know what the status of this situation and your fix for it my dogs want their bowl back! Jennifer shafer

I've tried and tried to get through to…
I've tried and tried to get through to you people and it's missing a part. No Idea what part as I also sent pictures the box was very damaged with a hole but still no response. Went online to see others on YouTube and still have no clue. 3 grown adults have all tried to get it to work with what we have and it won't. Terrible customer service!! Why would I email you again? I've already done that, which included pictures as well at least 5 times, and NO response. I also deleted the pics last week because I had already sent them to you. I'm stuck with a stupid product that doesn't work.
