We have always used water dishes that flowed but this one is so much easier to clean but it took them longer to get use to them.

Thank you, Gary! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying how much easier the Selene is to clean. 🐾 It can definitely take our furry friends a little time to get used to something new, so we’re happy they’re settling into it! We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. -The Selene Team

My dog hates the fountain- he won’t use it at all. Now I’m having trouble canceling my subscription. I only purchased the fountain last month, and I’m already being sent additional filters. It’s very frustrating. Edit: Selene has reached out and addressed the subscription issue. The fountain itself is very nice, just scares my dog.

Please email us at the support email listed on the Selene website with your order details and reference this review. I have a Lab and a Golden...both could drink any dog under the table on a good day. Since I got this for them, they are loving their water even more!! Fresh, clean, and filtered water every day. Maintenance on their water fountain is very easy. I have the wireless fountain and charging is very quick. I am SOOOOO happy I found this. Knowing how "sketchy" buying something off the internet can be, I was hesitant at first, but I consider this a true and safe purchase!

Thank you so much, Susan! We’re thrilled to hear that your Lab and Golden are loving their water even more with Selene! 🐾 It’s wonderful to know that you’re enjoying how easy the wireless fountain is to maintain and charge as well. We especially appreciate you giving Selene a chance despite your initial hesitation. Knowing that you feel confident and happy with your purchase means so much to us! -The Selene Team

I have tried to reach out to get a new pump because I paid an extra $50 for a lifetime replacement. No response. I now want to return it all for a full refund but need approval first. No response. I am going to turn them into the Better business Bureau if I do t get a response from here.

This product is cheap. They sell them selves as a company out of the US, but if you order their product and do not like it, they request you send it back to China at your expense. Also, the sign you up for a monthly filter subscription and charge your credit card and will not respond to return your money when you did not agree to a subscription. Buyer beware, do not buy from this company.

I have two dogs. When I received our Selene Dog Fountain, initially, one of them was a little freaked out when the fountain came on when she came near it. However, she quickly got over that and both dogs are drinking A LOT more water from the Selene. They LOVE it. I was shocked and extremely happy by the difference. Very happy I decided to try it out. Thank you so much!
