I recently left a review regarding Selene, and they responded on Trustpilot providing the same email address they told me to use to contact them. Unfortunately, I tried contacting them again, and once again, the email address comes back as “Address not found.” I copied and pasted the email directly from both their Trustpilot response and their own website, so there is no possibility of a typing error on my end. At this point, I stand by my original review. If a company provides an email address for customers to contact them, that email address should actually work.
