Ordered on the 13th, marked complete on the 14th, order not found on site, and emails on the 15th and 16th have been completely ignored. Edit 9/19/26: I’ve been refunded after disputing charges.

I'm out 103.oo dollars I've contacted this co many times they claim order is being delivered gives some bogus tracking number contact your bank and let them know all about it get my money back Do NOT buy from this company

Total scam!
Total scam!! Dont do it!! Im totally regretting it! My dog wont touch it, it creates a HORRIBLE smell under the lid after the 1st day. I requested a return MULTIPLE times an somehow im signed up for a subscription for filters when i have 10 im trying to return! No reply from the company for weeks now. 😡

Our dog took right to the fountain.
Our dog took right to the fountain within two hour. He probably drinks twice as much water from the fountain as from his bowl. Fountain ⛲ and company are stand up items.

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! Canceled my order within moments of placing it. They came back and offered me 20% off to not cancel. I declined. They then offered me 50% off to not cancel. Again, I declined. Took them 2 minutes to charge my credit card but apparently taking forever to refund it. Really wish I had found this review site before placing my order. I have sent several emails. Zero response. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating!!!

I have received nothing for my money
I have received nothing for my money. I have had no conformation of any kind. they took the money out of my account. They won't respond by e-mail. they have no phone number. I TRYED TO TRACK MY ORDER ON THERE WEB SIGHT. IT SAYES CAN'T FIND ORDER..

love my doggy water fountain
I have 2 medium sized dogs so love my Selene large dog water fountain. It is still pretty new to me as I just started using it less than a week ago, so I haven't had to clean it yet. I will add to my review as more time goes by. So far so good.

I have emailed the company 3 times with…
I have emailed the company 3 times with no reply. After the second day of use the charge cord has completely melted into the charge port. I have asked all 3 times how to replace this part so we can safely use it. I have used the contact us form on their website and emailed directly.
