Don't buy from this company. Very poor customer service. They don't answer emails, ignore you so you can't send anyyhing back. Your only way to get your money back is to disput it through your credit card company. My dog loves the fountain but the pump stopped working after a few weeks and the company keeps ignoring me. But they keep trying to send you filters! .
